Go Outside and Play

I have to confess that we are probably one of the few families that don't own a huge television and a fang dangle gaming console. Not that these are something I don't believe in but they just are something that doesn't figure into our lives. We did however get a new, bigger trampoline for Christmas. It saves my sanity. Yesterday when the cool change came through, I took my camera downstairs and this is the result:

Miss Cait never stops long enough to get a full frame capture (or maybe that's my lack of photography skills)

Little Moo's sticking her tongue to the side is a very important element in her jumps.

A very windswept Miss Tayla.

Wow - flying without a parachute! I love the cropped images - they have so much more drama. How much more fun is this than watching TV on a plasma screen.

These are great pics. Love the first one best. I agree with Robyn about a tampoline being more fun than a big screen TV. Who really wants to watch bigger sized televised crap? A lot of people it seems...hehe. My TV is small & chunky. Possibly considered an antique to some people.

You might have to choose a less bouncy subject if you don't want to chop off heads ;D Unless you hop on the trampoline with her and set your camera on 'action' mode. Yeah, like I really know what I'm talking about! If I tried that I would probably break something other than just the camera ;P

Amanda, thank you for putting a huge smile on my face. There are parts of me that don't bounce so well after three children but it might be an interesting experiment. Shall keep you posted on that one.

Glad to see there are other retro cool small tv watches out there.

Great pics!!!!

Another small non-flat tv family here. Mainly for the reason that we just don't need an excuse to watch more tv (not that we watch a lot anyway)!!!

The kids got a huge trampoline for christmas, and I'm amazed at how much I've used it. It's SO much fun. Doing the tummy bounce is a lot harder at 36 than it was when I was a wee whipper snapper though. Nearly knocked the stuffing out of myself trying that one :P
